Our infrastructure includes a laboratory (including Chemical Lab) and other research facility that are maintained for the optimization of our range. These are furnished with best grade tools and machines to ensure their exceptional performance. These sub units are backed with premium quality Strohlein Apparatus, Sand Testers, Hot Plates, Single Pan as well as Analytical Balance and Spectrometer Analyzer, and also have Muffle Furnace with temperature control features for calibration. In these laboratories, we perform essential processing activities including Spectromaxx-M Spectrometer for chemical check of metals used in the production process. Further, quality inspections are also conducted in this space to ensure range's robust strength, dimensional accuracy of castings and other tools and strong & rigid built as well as Brinell-hardness.

Our high production capacity and efficiency is a result of our modern production facility. It helps us in fulfilling the industrial requirements of our clients working in application areas like cement plants, stone crushers, mining industries, thermal power plants and steel industries. Further, to meet the diverse requirements of our clients, we also offer our entire range with premium customization options. The liners and grinding media engineered in our units are made available in the market having hardness of 56 68 RC and 50 700 BHN.

In this unit, the production process is carried out in an undisturbed manner. The procured metals are processed under medium frequency in our advanced induction furnaces under controlled working conditions as well as tightly composed chemical composition settings. After ensuring such environment, the electric furnace is heated while ensuring that residual austenite remains at minimum to develop a metallurgical structure.
